The recipe
Ingredients
How to make it
Wrap the brie completely in prosciutto.
Roll out the puff pastry and add 1 tbsp chutney to the center. Place the wrapped brie on top, add the remaining chutney, then wrap everything tightly in the pastry.
Tie 4 pieces of kitchen twine around the pastry to create the pumpkin shape.
Brush with beaten egg.
Air fry at 375°F for about 20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
Carefully remove the twine and add a small rosemary sprig for the stem.
To serve
Serve warm as is or with crackers and try not to eat the entire thing before anyone else can get to it.

Apple Pie with All-Butter Crust
Apple pie has always been one of my favorites. Whenever I’m home in Massachusetts in the fall, apple picking and a homemade pie are pretty much a given. I have so many good memories of the oven warming the kitchen while it’s cold outside, the whole house smelling like cinnamon apples and buttery crust, and everyone finding their way into the kitchen for a slice. It’s one of those little traditions that makes being home feel like home.
